Today is our second meeting discussing Report Text (Chapter 9). The learning objective today is to identify detailed information from report texts.

Setelah di pertemuan pekan lalu kalian mempelajari definisi, tujuan, bagian/struktur dan ciri kebahasaan teks Report, pada pertemuan hari ini kalian akan fokus pada kegiatan membaca dan mengidentifikasi informasi-informasi rinci dari teks Report.


Here are our activities today.

Activity 1

Read a report text entitled "Orangutan" on page 126 Activity 10.

Understand the text well. You can see the table below to find the meanings of some vocabularies from the text.

After that, please do exercise on page 127 Activity 12. Decide whether the sentences are TRUE or FALSE. Write the answers on your textbook.



Activity 2

Watch the video entitled "Sunflowers Have A Large Flower Head" (again). Use the table below to help you find the meanings of some vocabularies in the video.

Then, answer the following questions correctly!

Present Perfect Tense

Kalian tahu kah arti dari pertanyaan dan kalimat di atas? 

Yesss, in English we call those questions and sentences as Present Perfect Tense
