Today is our second meeting discussing Report Text (Chapter 9). The learning objective today is to identify detailed information from report texts.

Setelah di pertemuan pekan lalu kalian mempelajari definisi, tujuan, bagian/struktur dan ciri kebahasaan teks Report, pada pertemuan hari ini kalian akan fokus pada kegiatan membaca dan mengidentifikasi informasi-informasi rinci dari teks Report.

As now we move to Chapter 9 (look at your English textbook), we will learn descriptive texts about favourite animals/pets. So here are our activities today.

Activity 1

Before you read a descriptive text about favourite animals/pets, you need to know some features or body parts of animal. Kita kenalan dulu yaa sama ciri-ciri/bagian-bagian tubuh dari binatang berikut ini.

Hari Gizi SMPIT ISLAMIA

Hari gizi merupakan salah satu kegiatan dari program kerja Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) SMPIT ISLAMIA. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperkenalkan makanan bergizi seimbang pada siswa, termasuk cemilan yang sehat. 

Bentuk kegiatan ini bermacam-macam, mulai dari siswa mendapat makanan dan minuman bergizi seimbang, siswa melihat maupun terlibat langsung untuk membuat makanan/minuman bergizi seimbang. Selain itu, siswa juga mendapat pengarahan mengenai pengertian gizi seimbang serta contoh makanan dan minuman yang mengandung gizi seimbang. 

Pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang penting diketahui siswa mengingat terdapat berbagai macam junk food yang dapat dibeli dengan mudah oleh siswa sedangkan mereka masih membutuhkan asupan gizi yang seimbang karena masih dalam proses pertumbuhan.

Jalur Reguler

a. Tahap I (Umum)

1. Seleksi menggunakan hasil Ujian Sekolah dan Ujian Nasional
2. Calon peserta didik SMA dapat memilih maksimal 3 sekolah pilihan SMA negeri di Kab. Bekasi
3. Calon peserta didik SMK dapat memilih 1 sekolah dengan 3 pilihan paket Kompetensi Keahlian
4. Jika pilihan 1, 2, dan PPDB di jurnal PPDB harian tidak diterima maka calon peserta didik baru SMA/SMK dapat mengikuti seleksi pendaftaran PPDB online pada tahap berikutnya sesuai jadwal
5. Calon peserta didik yang telah dinyatakan diterima tidak dapat mendaftar kembali pada jalur dan tahap berikutnya, sedangkan yang dinyatakan tidak diterima dapat mendaftar kembali pada jalur dan pada tahap berikutnya

Tambun Selatan, maka Anda dapat memilih SMAN 1 Tambun Selatan, SMAN 2 Tambun Selatan, dst. Jika Anda berdomisili di Kec. Tambun Utara, maka Anda memilih SMAN 1 Tambun Utara, dst.)
3. Calon peserta didik baru SMK tidak dapat mengikuti seleksi tahap Rayonisasi, tahap II pada SMK hanya dilakukan untuk mengisi daya tampung yang belum terpenuhi

Mau Kemana Setelah SMP?

Students, tak terasa waktu belajar selama tiga tahun di SMP Islamia akan segera berakhir dan kalian harus segera bersiap menentukan langkah selanjutnya demi meraih cita-cita. Yap, melanjutkan sekolah ke jenjang sekolah menengah (SMA/SMK/MA Negeri maupun Swasta) adalah impian setiap lulusan SMP. Hal-hal apa saja yang harus dipersiapkan untuk melanjutkan sekolah? Bagaimana memilih sekolah yang tepat? Kemana saya harus melanjutkan sekolah? Apa saja sekolah menengah yang ada di sekitarku? Pertanyaan-pertanyaan semacam itu mungkin pernah terlintas di benakmu. Mindset Awal

"Setelah lulus SMP, kamu melanjutkan ke SMA ya, agar nanti bisa kuliah S1, lalu langsung aja kamu lanjut S2 agar bisa dapat kerja yang lebih bagus," nasihat Ayah suatu hari.

"Kalo gituuu, aku masih harus sekolah selama 9 tahun lagiii dooong?? Uwaaww, mana tahaaann!!" seruku dalam hati namun tak berniat membantah nasihat Ayah.

Barangkali itulah pikiran mereka (baca: para calon lulusan SMP) saat mendiskusikan langkah melanjutkan sekolah dengan ortu. Tak sedikit dari mereka yang udah 'gak tahan' sekolah lama-lama karena (mungkin) sudah mumet. Tapi sebagian besar siswa lain justru ingin melanjutkan sekolah setinggi-tingginya demi mendapat ilmu yang berguna bagi diri dan lingkungannya.
